Here’s what participants from previous years have to say…
Peekaboo had such a great time with Angie and her eye led us to several different spots within the park. Angie even ended up in Lake Michigan in order to get pictures of Peekaboo playing in the waves. She ultimately chose an awesome picture of Peekaboo posing on a Sand Dune for inclusion into the book. My favorite, however, was a candid she took of Peek and I walking along the edge of the lake with the waves at our feet. The whole experience was excellent and we ended up with so many memories from that day. I can’t recommend Angie and Northern Tails Pet Photography enough.

My sweet Benji and I were part of a Tails of the World photo shoot with Angie of Northern Tails Pet Photography in June 2023. Benji, a 17 year old senior at the time had special needs and required extra time. Angie is a very compassionate and talented photographer and she took some amazing photos of Benji that I will treasure always.
Sadly, Benji passed just before the Tails of the World Vol Two was published in 2024. I’m so very grateful for Angie and that Benji is a part of this wonderful fundraising event for animals in need, and that Benji’s image and story lives on.

About your photographer…
Angie was born and raised right here in Wisconsin making her the perfect photographer to represent our beautiful state in Tails of the World v.4. Growing up in the country she was always surrounded by animals and dogs were one of her favorites. She has been working with dogs professionally for over 17 years and graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a BFA in photography. She actively supports multiple rescue organizations by fundraising, transporting and fostering dogs in her home. She currently lives with her husband and three resident dogs, including graduates from the French Bulldog Rescue Network and Brown Paws Rescue. Angie loves to give back to rescues and the animals that she holds so dear to her heart, and is ecstatic to be included again in the Tails of the World annual fundraiser.
